What is Wrong with Hotmail?

Awhile ago I signed in to my Hotmail account which I’ve been using since high school and then this page surprised me.
Yeah! Congratulate me because they reserved a hotmail account for me. WTF! First of all, I’ve been using this account for about four or five years and then they’ll say that they’ve reserved it just for me! Secondly, I didn’t even ask you to reserve it for me! Argh
And Lastly, I’m still using my hotmail account for my MSN Messenger, so why the heck they would deactivate it?
So there, my account was deactivated because of not signing in for at least 30 days. The good thing is that they’ve “Reserved that account for meâ€, which is really funny, and the bad thing is that all of my emails and cheesy love notes from whoever was gone. Disappeared. Removed.
I so hate Hotmail!
They should’ve deactivated my account but not to the point that they would delete every single message in my account. They didn’t even send me a notice.

mail lang siguro ang deactivated! makulit yan! every month dapat mag-login ka sa account!

di sila tulad ng yahoo na kahit sa YM ka lang mag log in walang problem.
yep. na deactivate nga ang mail pero dapat yong mga messages di nila dapat tanggalin. nakakainis talaga.
Ganyan talaga ang hotmail. Yun pa naman ang kauna-unahan kong e-mail service ginamit. Mula sa simula, hindi ko nagustuhan ang yahoo mail, nababagalan ako sa interface. Kaya nag tiyaga akong mag log-in sa hotmail para di madeactivate account ko.
Pero nagdagdag na ata sila ng webspace, dati 5MB lang ata, ngayon 25 MB na.
Pero ngayon, sa gmail pa rin ako. hehehe
2MB lang dati sa hotmail, ngayon eh 25 na nga. Hehe
ganyan ang hm, ma de-delete talaga messages mo pag di ka nag log in for 30 days.

dapat once in 30 days sign in ka by manually entering your passwd.
Ako hinayaan ko na lang yang Hotmail account ko. Ang konti kasi ng storage e. Sakim lang Microsoft! Hehe…

yep, that happened to me twice when I back was using hotmail. (it was waaay before microsoft bought it)
that particular feature turned me off it; that’s why i switched to yahoo, and eventually, to gmail.
woot, gmail na lang. haha nawala na ang mga memories ng account na yon. btw, 3 years ago eh nahack ang yahoo account ko. tsk tsk…
wala lang, trivia lang. tanda ko dati napanood ko sa discovery channel yung storya ng founders ng hotmail, Indian pala sya. Tapos madalas magkamali ang mga tao sa pag-iisip na kapag sinasabi niya yung salitang hotmail ay ang naiisip nila ay “hot male”.
kahit kailan hindi pa ako nagkakaroon ng hotmail account. ahehehe… feeling ko kasi hindi ka in kapag hindi yahoo ang email mo. ahehe
nasubukan ko ang bolt.com at angelfire.. gusto ko ang bolt.com kaya lang nawala na no?
Dear pag dineactivate nila yung account mo all messages will be deleted talaga but the “reserved email” thing is the total bullshit.
