Kahit Ano!Fighting Stress
Have you ever felt really disturbed? Yer know: deadlines, work, frustrations, problems(physically and emotionally). Most of us probably experienced being stressed.
I don’t have to elaborate more on this because I am not a psychologist or whatever and I am too lazy to research. I just wanted to share to you how i fight stress.
1. Sleep and Rest. Too much work plus deadline would lead you to lack of sleep and making you more prone to stress and might not help you finish your task. What I do? I rest, nap, or sleep. I know it is hard to sleep if you have so many things in your mind but having enough sleep would help you reduce stress and may increase your productivity. I usually take a nap for like one hour. Our body needs about 7 to 8 hours of sleep.

2. Go out Alone. Yes, It’s kind of weird but I do go out alone every time I feel stressed. I would go to the nearest mall, walk alone, eat a lot, drink some coffee, and smoke(sometimes). But if I can not handle stress anymore, I would go out with friends. Sometimes being alone makes me feel relaxed.“The mark of a successful man is one that has spent an entire day on the bank of a river without feeling guilty about it.”
Author Unknown3. Talk to a friend. Ok, I can’t take this anymore. Go out with your friends and talk to them. Tell them what’s bothering you. Or just grab a coffee and talk about anything. They might help and give you some advice.
4. Break. This one is different from sleep/rest. I usually play during my break or sometimes I just read blogs. I don’t know but somehow it helped me to fight stress.

It’s all in the mind. hehe

Stress? Normal lang yan sa buhay. Tama naman ang mga steps na binanggit mo. Sa akin lang, dinadagdagan ko ng green tea (natural ha) at tai chi.

Have you ever felt really disturbed? Yeah, i do… nakaktakot na nga… mentally dist–
I try to do that a lot althoug sleep is hard to get these days.Init kasi ng panahon, but I do get 8 hours of sleep (gusto ko pa nga 10). Dati lumalabas ako mag-isa pag madaling araw sa madidilim na kalye, di na ngayon kasi baka maholdap pa ako.

minsan nasasarapan ako nakapag ngarag ako. hehe. pero minsan lang naman yun. nakakatamad kasi kapag walang ginagawa… pero not to the extent na sobrang worry ako at halos nagbabakasyon na ang mga pimples sa mukha ko.
