Remember to make a back up regularly

My site is inaccessible for several days and HostingPH doesn’t even have an email regarding the issue. They didn’t even have a notice that they are going to migrate to a new server. Yesterday, I wrote them about the site’s problem and they replied:

There was a server crash just before the migration to a new server, we are trying to restore the most possible recent backup for all accounts. Your
account is about to be uploaded next, with I believe last weeks backups, If you have made your own backups we can restore that for you.

It actually pissed me; I don’t have a back up of my latest posts. Darn. If they’ve just sent me a notice, I would have made a back up.
