BPI, internet banking, reklamoBPI Express Online Banking Experience
Yesterday, my BPIExpressOnline account was deactivated because I entered an incorrect password for the third time. This is actually nice about them because they know how to ensure security within the their site. But what I really hate is that when you try to call their 24 hour hotline.
Awhile ago, I tried to call them because I really need to activate my account so I could pay our bills. It took me nearly 10 minutes before an operator answered my call. She gets a lot of my info and at the end asked me to hold and that she’ll connect me shortly to another banker to reset my password. I waited for another 10 minutes and hanged up. I called once again and luckily after 5 minutes an agent answered. I told her that I called earlier and asked what took them so long to connect me through another phone banker. Anyway, she asked for my number again just the way the first agent asked me. After that I told her to connect me ASAP because I’m calling though my mobile phone. Alas, after five minutes a phone banker answered and again asked for a more detailed information. I thought that it would be really convenient that way but I was wrong.
I just hate the way they advertise their Online express and their banner ” You can now reset your password anytime, anywhere! Just follow the simple steps and you can again experience banking convenience! ” WTF! that’s not even an easy step.
Oh well, I hope they improve next year. Their online services are really good but the support is somehow average.

Hi folks,
I used my new password last Jan. 3, 2009 as a new assigned password but it didnt work this time.
I dont know if the cheques deposited by my tenant is good or not.
I cant do online banking now.
God knows how i tried calling the number to get the new password as promised but it took me forever and i wasnt connected. Its the longest no. starting from UK no.
Now, i am so sad.
I am late with my appointment.AND to be late in UK, London is unfogivable.
Please help and please give/assign a new password for me.

Im using online banking for almost a year and paying my bills thru bpi online banking when i wasn’t able to open my online banking for a 2 or weeks my account thou online banking was close why do they close when i still have enough funds then?

maybe they deactivated the account for being idle for how many weeks… I haven’t experienced that though. Maybe you should call their support center so they could help you reactivate your account

they certainly improved a lot this year.
and right now, they are running a contest about their services. (online, phone, text)
