I get to see this everytime I browse. Do you guys think that this is right considering that we are paying for the services that we use?

Then again, re-check the service agreement, they may have inserted this and cloaked it in some heavy legalese language.

WTF, i am already a subscriber, why do they have to insert those ads… I emailed them regarding this and all i got is a bounced mail and nothing.. as in… I hate it. My destiny sucks… but i dont have a choice… tsk tsk

Holy crap. That totally sucks. They should not insert intrusive advertising that’ll ruin user experience. I mean, you’re paying for your service right? So why do they need to advertise? Suddenly PLDT looks good.
But you may want to check for spyware as well?

Wow I think I saw the ads more than 20 times this day. It’s getting worse. Yep, been a subscriber since 2006.
I will try to check if its spyware but I doubt it because a lot of subscribers are experiencing it too. I tried calling their hotlines but no one is answering the phone. Argh. Now I’m thinking of switching to Globe Broadband. Hmm

I am also a MyDestiny subscriber since 2007 and their service is the worst because there’s no such thing as customer service at all. Their management team is wasting their money paying for the customer service employees who cannot be reached at all. And if you reach them, they are effin’ rude. Aside fromthe annoying ads, they also charged me on the days I had no service because their system was down. This happened for 2 consecutive months already. Despite calling their attention, nobody responded. I am seriously considering another provider. I refuse to pay the bill til they correct my bill. I hate them.

switch to Globe or Smart. dpeends kung san ka malapit. malapit ako sa globe site so mabilis at astig ang henternet ko.

Saw this entry just now. That is very desperate, shame on MyDestiny. You are paying for the service you are using, that is totally unfair. I don’t understand why’d they advertise their subcribers the service which you are already using.
I am using SmartBro, we had so much issues experienced during the first year, but after that my internet connection started to stabilize (I guess you’ll just have to tame them) Unfortunately they started an annoying redirection to their homepage anytime while browsing, around 2 months ago.
Hmm… when are we going to experience quality service from these ISP’s?
